Operational buyer

As an Operational Buyer, you'll be responsible for ordering materials and monitoring contract and/or delivery terms, ensuring the smooth running of the production process. You'll work closely with your colleagues in Purchasing. You'll work in a dynamic environment where adaptability is essential. Due to the numerous developments, the complexity of the products presents a constant challenge.

The focus is on purchasing materials efficiently and effectively, taking into account price, total costs, quality, delivery times, delivery conditions, and related risks. Efforts are made to minimize procurement risks by utilizing alternative suppliers and products.

Efficient and effective procurement of materials
Minimizing procurement risks (alternative suppliers, alternative products)
Monitoring supplier performance
Reduced damage, higher output
Updating the ERP system (IFS) to make the materials to be purchased accessible
Contributing to the development of the purchasing policy

What your profile looks like

We are looking for an experienced Operational Buyer with an MBO level 4 background in Commerce or Economics. You combine strong commercial and negotiation skills with a proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset. Excellent English is required, and ERP knowledge is a plus.

Experience as an Operational Buyer in a technical or production company
